As the result of our exciting growth ambitions for 2025 and beyond, we are excited to welcome an experienced Remuneration Analyst to our Crows Nest team. In this newly created Fixed Term Contract, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, implementation, and management of compensation programs within our global FMCG business. This position will ensure that our remuneration strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

What this opportunity is about!
- Benchmarking and Job Evaluation - this includes conducting regular market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures. You will also be expected to perform wage modelling to guide shift pattern decisions and Enterprise Agreement reviews and conduct cost modelling to support negotiations
- Reporting and Budgeting - generate reports and metrics including monthly variance reports, preparation of salary budgets, tracking labour costs as a percentage of revenue and WGEA reporting
- Business as Usual - manage and govern employment contracts to ensure legal compliance, participate in salary reviews, bonus schemes and incentive programs and provide guidance to the PAC Business Partners and Line Managers on compensation-related matters in line with RPF compensation guidelines.
What will help you succeed
- Proven skills and experience in a similar role within an FMCG (blue collar and white-collar including trades) or manufacturing environment that is covered by AWARDS and EBA's
- Excellent stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral), high-level interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
- A strong team player, ready to be part of our pack, working collaboratively and cross-functionally.
- You will need to have a go-getter and proactive mindset looking to make a genuine difference.
- Sound knowledge across the Microsoft office suite.
- Knowledge of and experience in general HR practices, procedures, operations, and legislation.
- Knowledge of and experience in global compensation practices and regulatory requirements (AU, NZ & Asia specifically)
- Proficiency in HRIS software (UKG is an advantage)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
