Who we are
Welcome to Game Meat Processing (GMP), a business that is focused on promoting and supplying healthy, delicious and high-quality Australian wild game meats.
Now one of the largest game meat processors in Australia, we operate commercially as Aussie Game Meats Pty Ltd and have a proud history dating back to the year 1998 in the outback Queensland town of Roma. Established to supply the European market with quality kangaroo meat for human consumption, the original processing factory has evolved to satisfy the palettes of both Australian and global customers with an exciting range of nutritious wild game meat products.
With a state-of-art, multimillion dollar facility strategically located between the rural harvesting areas of Queensland and NSW, and within easy access of Brisbane’s key domestic and international transport hubs, you can be assured of quality and freshness wherever you are in the world.
