- Support the implementation of a HS audit program
- Manage HS data collection, analysis and reporting
- Ensure relevant HS information and tools are accessible and maintained in self-service channels to drive employee and manager self-sufficiency where appropriate
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with business managers and staff to promote HS ways of working and to encourage participation in the process.
- Provide advice to line managers and staff on HS ways of working.
- Facilitate discussions with diverse stakeholders in the development and review of ways of working to incorporate key HS controls.
- Support key leaders, business units and functions with HS advice.

- Sound understanding of innovative and contemporary safety management approaches across ANZ
- Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of innovative and contemporary safety management systems.

- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
You will bring with you the following:
- Demonstrated experience in implementing effective change management projects, particularly across multiple sites within the FMCG/Manufacturing industry. Experience in food manufacturing sites is preferred.
