We are looking for an enthusiastic Maintenance Planner to join our dynamic team in Ingleburn. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and optimisation of our plant maintenance activities. With a detailed-oriented approach, the Maintenance Planner will coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to maximise equipment reliability and performance.
About Your Role
- Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for routine preventive maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with various departments to prioritise and execute maintenance work orders effectively.
- Ensure all planned maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
- Utilise CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems) to track, schedule, and report maintenance activities.
- Analyse equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Assist in managing spare parts inventory, ensuring availability for scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operational teams to develop effective maintenance strategies.
What Will Help You Succeed
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning or a related role in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with CMMS software and maintenance scheduling tools.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- A proactive mindset and attention to detail in problem-solving and planning.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to maintenance activities.
- Relevant technical qualifications or equivalent experience is preferred.
