The Real Pet Food Company is excited to be looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to the CEO & Executive Leadership Team to operate at the centre of a growing, ambitious and purpose-led business.
This is not a role for someone looking for a traditional Executive Assistant position.
It is for an experienced executive partner who understands that the best EAs create leverage. You anticipate what is coming. You understand the commercial context. You know which meetings matter, what preparation is required and which commitments need to be followed through. You see around corners. You know that a CEO's diary is not simply a schedule. It is a strategic asset. You understand that a Board meeting is not simply a meeting. It is a governance process that demands precision, preparation and discretion.
And you know that when an Executive Leadership Team is building its rhythm, someone needs to create the structure, discipline and momentum that keeps priorities moving.
This is where you come in.
Working closely with our CEO, Executive Leadership Team and Board, you will be a trusted partner and a critical enabler of organisational effectiveness.
You will:
• Own and optimise the CEO's complex and dynamic executive cadence
• Coordinate high-quality Executive Leadership Team and Board governance processes
• Prepare and coordinate agendas, papers, minutes, decisions and action registers
• Track commitments through to completion and confidently follow up senior stakeholders
• Anticipate executive needs and proactively remove friction before it becomes a problem
• Support the CEO and ELT through competing priorities, rapid change and high-stakes moments
• Coordinate complex travel, events, expenses and confidential business matters
• Lead the Office Administrator/Receptionist and contribute to a highly professional office environment
We are looking for an EA who has already operated at this level and has experience supporting a C-Suite of Executives.
You understand the pace, expectations and discretion required.
You are commercially curious. You are politically astute without being political. You are confident around senior leaders and Board members. You can respectfully challenge, influence and follow up — without needing formal authority.
You are highly organised, but flexible.
You are detail-oriented, but commercially minded.
You are calm under pressure and capable of making sound decisions when the answer is not always obvious.
And while you are comfortable working independently, you genuinely enjoy being part of a team.
