We’re looking for an experienced FMCG Brand Manager with strong traditional training to lead Trilogy across Australia and key Asian markets — shaping strategy, driving commercial outcomes, and delivering worldclass brand building.
Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager you will contribute to the growth of the business by creating and executing brand plans across APAC.

🔥 The Role
Ultimately, as Trilogy’s Global Brand Manager you will be the brand’s champion and be responsible for driving brand growth and delivering exceptional results. Working as part of the global marketing team. this role involves developing brand strategy, NPD and communications initiatives that are nuanced to local markets.
Key responsibilities will include:
Creating and executing annual brand plans – translate consumer and shopper insights into actionable brand strategies and impactful communications campaigns. Working closely with reginal marketing team to identify and understand nuances by market.
Performance analysis – marry up insights from P&Ls, sales, brand health, consumer research to shape brand strategies
Communications and media planning – lead above the line communications, influencer and PR campaigns to support brand planning and commercial objectives
Budget and performance management – oversee budget management and allocation to optmised resource allocation and conduct performance analysis to influence brand planning
Innovation – help deliver new and relevant innovation to the markets working closely with the Head of Innovation and project teams
💡 About You
To be successful in this role you will already have strong marketing experience under your belt within a larger, FMCG business and be able to demonstrate where you have influenced strategy and driven growth. You will be passionate, tenacious and enjoy working in a fast paced but collaborative environment.
Pet experience isn’t mandatory but a love for animals is!
3–5 years in Tier 1 or Tier 2 FMCG brand management
Strong grounding in brand fundamentals and commercial drivers
Experience with Nielsen/IRI
The ability to thrive in ambiguity and deal with competing priorities and changing landscapes
The ability to drive and manage cross functional collaboration- building relationships, collaborating with internal teams locally and in the region, senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of brand plans
Ability to influence stakeholders across the region and communicate effectively at all levels
Strong presentation skills
Experience managing projects from concept through to delivery
A highly organised approach and enjoy working as part of busy team

What’s Next?
This role is a full time role and you will be based on-site at our Crows Nest Head Office 4 days per week, with 1 day WFH.
