This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on and commercially minded Operations Finance Manager to join a high performing leadership team. This is a high-profile role where you will be reporting to the ANZ Head of Commercial & Operations Finance and you will be in-charge of providing financial performance and value creation across the supply chain, ensuring cost efficiency, capital discipline, and operational excellence that will enable RPF’s sustainable growth and competitiveness

The role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage both financial operations and provide commercial insight to drive business outcomes. 

You will be a trusted partner to the leadership team, ensuring strong governance while driving continuous improvement in processes and systems. As part of this role, you will also be part of leveraging technology & systems in simplifying reporting, automate processes, and deliver actionable insights for operations

What you'll do

• Comply to group financial accounting policy, ensuring P&L and balance sheet financial management and control across all manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with the operations team to develop and manage the operational budget as well as external auditors to maintain accurate records.
• Influence and drive improvement of cash and cost whilst ensuring productivity is being identified and delivered.
• Monitor KPI’s both financial and non-financial informing CFO and CEO of performance and risk.
• Lead a high-performing team, providing clear direction, coaching and development whilst ensuring team members are aligned with RPF’s vision and objectives

What will help you succeed?

• Previous Finance Management - Operations exposure and analytical experience in a consumer product, supply chain or manufacturing environment
• Solid experience with forecasting, reporting and data analysis. Being able to draw insights and tell the story behind the numbers.
• Commercial and sustained thinker
• P&L and cashflow understanding.
• Willing to get hands dirty – thrives in being part of RPF’s transformation (transformation projects across ANZ)
• Being resilient and having a growth mindset
