The Opportunity
This isn't your typical Brand Manager role. Our Brand Managers get to work with incredible household pet food brands including Ivory Coat (#1 Grain Free Pet Food in Aus), Natures Gift, Fussy Cat, Love ‘Em, Trilogy, Stockman & Paddock and VIP…and more!
As the result of our exciting growth ambitions for 2025 and beyond, we are excited to welcome an experienced Brand Manager to our Crows Nest team. You will play a pivotal role at RPF, ensuring that our investments deliver strong commercial returns in alignment with our corporate vision: to provide more pets with fresher, more nutritious food, helping them live healthier, happier lives.
Reporting to the Head of Brand, the Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to strengthen the brand's positioning and drive growth. This role involves analyzing market insights and trends, developing and executing marketing plans, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business results.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Brand Development
- Brand Activation
- Channel Development
- Development strong Commercial Relationships with Stakeholders
- Collaboration with key Business Partners that encompasses Leadership, Vision and Strategic Planning
- Communication and Touch-Point Planning
- Agency Management
We will want to meet with you if you bring:
- 3-5 years experience in Brand Marketing within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 FMCG
- The proven ability to connect and synthesise multiple data points to identify a meaningful consumer insight
- Experience in briefing and leveraging commissioned market research to inform and shape business recommendations
- The proven ability to understand the importance of ROI on marketing activities and to flex plans where needed
- Demonstrated experience driving brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty through data-driven digital marketing initiatives.
- The proven ability to manage and grow brand’s community across social platforms
- Demonstrated experience ensuring brand’s voice, tone, and identity are consistently represented across all online channels.
- A strong understanding of digital platforms, performance marketing, and analytics tools.
- The proven ability to create compelling brand narratives and campaigns for digital audiences.
- Demonstrated knowledge of entire campaign process from conceptualization through production.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience in the field of Marketing.

If you are successful for an interview you will be required to attend 2 in person interviews as well as submit 2 referees. This role is based on site in our Crows Nest Head Office 4 days a week with one day WFH.
