This is where you come in…
We are excited to be welcoming a new Pet Care Advisor into our Petcare team, based in Crows Nest. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to pet owners and clients across the APAC region. You will manage and resolve enquiries and complaints, ensuring compliance with relevant protocols and maintaining accurate records. Your role will also involve enhancing RPF's communications and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll be part of a compassionate and professional team of experienced and qualified veterinary nurses. If you have a background in veterinary nursing, pet nutrition or animal science, this could be the perfect opportunity to take the next step in your career—both personally and professionally! This team is one of the best - funny, knowledgeable and more than happy to work together to not only provide exemplary customer service, but to also have fun while they do it!
Lets have a look at some of things you will be doing...
- Respond to emails, calls, and other consumer contact, ensuring each interaction is handled promptly and professionally
- Address complaints and enquiries, giving priority to more serious or escalated cases.
- Follow established protocols for handling complaints and enquiries, working with various teams to ensure resolutions are timely.
- Keep accurate records of all enquiries and complaints in our database.
- Engage with community contact on our social media pages, ensuring all interactions are monitored and actioned appropriately.
- Update supporting documents, such as product FAQs, as new information becomes available.
- Provide regular reports on complaints and enquiries, ensuring they are accurate and timely.
What will help you succeed
- Excellent communication and translation skills, with high-level interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities, capable of handling multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capability.
- Solid administrative skills with strong attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy.
- Excellent time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
Nice to have (but not essential)
- Experience working in a Veterinary Clinic as a veterinary nurse or practice manager.
- Experience in the animal health, pharmaceutical, or veterinary products industry.
- Experience in social media community management
