Real Pet Food Company is on the lookout for a motivated individual to join our Pack. We are looking for an R&D Lead - based in Bombay - to join our operations team to provide them with support and guidance in all things raw material related.

Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the NZ Country Manager, this role will be the manufacturing technical lead for the development, maintenance and optimisation of pet food products for New Zealand. The role will involve:

• Being the owner of product formulas to ensure they meet compliance requirements

• Support the site with all new raw material development

• Identifying new opportunities for the business in the pet food industry

• Providing technical support to our commercial stakeholders – marketing, branding etc

We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing new products, who proactively looks for the next project, who is super organised and a team player, willing to go above and beyond for your Pack.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you will need:

• 5 years experience in a similar role
• A valid NZ driver license.

• To be legally able to work and live in New Zealand.

• Be someone who takes pride in their work and ownership of the relationship they build with key stakeholders.
