We are looking for an experienced, disciplined and innovative Electrical Reliability Specialist to be based at our Ingleburn Manufacturing Site. This role requires an individual who has prior food manufacturing experience and exposure to industrial electrical and automation equipment.  It is a technical hands-on role, requiring you to have knowledge of manufacturing best practise, maintenance planning and budget control. Please note - our Ingleburn site is known as a 'Wet' site, so experience in a similar environment is recommended.


What your key responsibilities will be:

• Maximise production line efficiencies through the establishment of an effective, planned maintenance program
• Ensure plant and equipment breakdowns are dealt with in a prompt, safe and efficient manner
• Assist in establishing and maintaining an optimum level of spares
• Monitor and measure improvement in the mean time between failures (MTBF)
• Monitor and measure improvements in the mean time to rectify (MTTR)
• Reduce the total number of quarantine investigations through machinery faults
• Reduce rework generation through machinery faults
• Assist team members with problem solving
• Establish enhanced collaborative working culture across all shifts
• Assist in providing coaching to direct electrical team to ensure they are developing and have clear growth pathways for their career development

What will help you succeed:

• Proven experience in managing maintenance operations utilising computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  
• Comprehensive understanding of maintenance planning, including budget control
  
• Broad understanding of industrial electrical systems including PLC fault finding
• Experience within the FMCG industry or similar manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication skills, high level interpersonal skills and sound judgement - you like to work collaboratively and have never met a problem you couldn't find a solution for.
• Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders and handle competing priorities. You may not have 'juggler' on your resume but you are known for being able to keep all the balls in the air.
• Able to influence, manage and challenge ideas and existing business processes - we are always looking for ways we can improve processes and welcome innovation
• Experience in implementing systems and process changes
• Sound knowledge across the Microsoft office suite
